A passenger plane carrying 62 people crashed in Vinhedo, Brazil, on Friday, killing all on board, according to authorities. The plane, operated by VoePass, was en route from Cascavel in the Brazilian state of Parana to Guarulhos in São Paulo state when it lost signal shortly before 1 p.m.
Dramatic footage from the scene showed the plane's destroyed fuselage in a residential area of the city. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
The plane was carrying 56 passengers and six crew members. All 62 people on board were killed in the crash.
