Santiago Wanderers and Club Deportivo Palestino played to a thrilling 2-2 draw in the first leg of the Copa Chile semi-final on Wednesday.

The match was played at the Estadio Elías Figueroa Brander in Valparaíso, and the home side took the lead in the 10th minute through a goal from Jean Carlos Gaete. Palestino equalized in the 25th minute through a penalty kick from Bryan Carrasco, and the teams went into the break level.

Wanderers regained the lead in the 55th minute through a goal from Carlos Muñoz, but Palestino once again equalized in the 75th minute through a goal from Misael Dávila. The result leaves the tie finely poised ahead of the second leg, which will be played at the Estadio Municipal de La Cisterna in Santiago on March 15.
