Revenue came in at $6.05 billion, also beating analyst estimates of $6.01 billion. For the full year, NVIDIA reported earnings per share of $3.22 on revenue of $26.91 billion.

Looking ahead, NVIDIA guided for first-quarter revenue of $6.5 billion, plus or minus 2%. This is above analyst estimates of $6.34 billion. The company also guided for gross margins of 66.5%, plus or minus 50 basis points.

NVIDIA's 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on May 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM PT. The meeting will be held virtually, and shareholders can register to attend online.
